HashTonic by ACE Seeds is an F1 hybrid developed as a faster, more Afghani-influenced version of CBD #1, resulting from crossing ErdPurt with CBD #1. It produces two main chemotypes: one with CBD-only and almost no THC, and another with balanced THC and CBD levels. This variety matures earlier, develops denser flowers, and ripens more consistently than CBD #1 while showing improved cold resistance suitable for cultivation up to 50°N latitude. The plant exhibits a classic Afghani hashplant structure: small, compact, robust, and columnar, with large leaves, thick stems, and minimal lateral branching. Flowering takes approximately 7 weeks indoors, or completes in the first half of September outdoors. Chemically, THC content ranges from 0.35–6%, CBD from 5–11%, and CBG from 0.07–0.45%. The terpene profile is dominated by moderate-high levels of trans-ocimene and α-pinene, moderate limonene, smaller amounts of β-pinene and β-myrcene, and sesquiterpenes such as moderate-high β-caryophyllene, lower humulene, α-bisabolol, guaiol, and traces of trans-nerolidol. The aroma combines roasted coffee, pine, moss, damp earth, hash, and freshly-mown grass with sweeter, smoother undertones. The effect is smooth and functional, providing clear-headed relaxation, muscle ease, and calm introspection without the intense psychoactivity of THC-rich Kush varieties, effectively reducing stress, anxiety, and paranoia. It is highly adaptable and easy to grow indoors under an 18/6 photoperiod for vegetative growth, transitioning to 14/10 for the first month of flowering and 12/12 for final maturation. Outdoors, it tolerates frost and strong winds, making it ideal for northern climates. A longer vegetative phase of at least six weeks enhances yields, and moderate-high nutrient levels are recommended throughout the cycle.
