1. Shipping Destinations

1.1 Cannabis Seeds

We currently ship seeds exclusively within the European Union to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

❗ We do not ship seeds outside the EU at this time. Due to differing national laws, we may exclude specific countries or regions from time to time if we consider there to be legal or logistical risks. Any exclusions will be reflected at checkout.

⚠️ Legal responsibility:
Cannabis law is not harmonised across Europe and local rules can change. Public information about cross-border seed imports (especially for countries outside the EU, such as the UK) is sometimes contradictory.

Therefore:

• We limit seed shipments to EU Member States and
• Each customer is solely responsible for checking that buying, importing and possessing cannabis seeds is lawful in their country or region before ordering.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel seed orders destined for addresses where we have reason to believe that import or possession of seeds may be prohibited.

1.2 Merchandise & Grow Equipment

For merchandise and grow equipment, shipping destinations are broader:

• We ship to Luxembourg and selected EU countries by default.
• For certain products, additional countries (including non-EU destinations) may be available depending on the supplier and local rules.

The up-to-date list of available destinations for each item is always shown:

• on the product page, and
• at checkout (based on your delivery address).

If a destination is not offered at checkout, we currently do not ship that product there.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times

2.1 Seeds and Merch (via POST Luxembourg)
Seed and Merch orders are typically shipped from Luxembourg using POST Luxembourg postal or parcel services. Shipping costs are based on the official POST Luxembourg tariffs, taking into account weight, size, destination and chosen service (e.g. tracked, insured). Because POST updates its prices and geographic zones from time to time, the final shipping cost is always calculated in real time and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. As a practical guide, our current standard rates for seed orders are:

*These figures are indicative and based on typical small orders. Actual shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds may differ depending on weight, format, options (e.g. tracking) and POST Luxembourg’s current price list. The amount shown at checkout is the one that applies.

2.2 Grow Equipment:

Grow equipment may be shipped:

• from our own warehouse, or
• directly from third-party fulfilment partners.

As a result, delivery times and shipping costs for these products can differ from seed orders. Indicative standard ranges:

Again, the actual shipping cost and any free-shipping threshold that applies are those displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.

2.3 Customs, Import & Legal Restrictions

• For deliveries within the EU, customs formalities are usually limited, but national rules on cannabis seeds and grow equipment may still vary.
• For deliveries outside the EU (merchandise and equipment only), customs duties, taxes and import rules may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incomplete customs information that can be corrected, we will work with you to solve the issue. If a parcel is seized or destroyed by customs because the goods are prohibited in the destination country, we are generally not able to refund or reship; see our CGV for details.

3. Discreet Packaging & Shipping Privacy

3.1 Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters:

• All orders are shipped in neutral, unbranded packaging without any visible reference to cannabis or Jonny Seeds’.
• The outside of the parcel shows only:
  o your delivery address,
  o required postage and carrier information,
  o our official return address (under the company name C.C.C. AgriSol vGmbH only).

Inside the parcel:

• Seeds arrive in their original breeder packaging, in a co-branded solution, or in our own packaging (as indicated), clearly labelled with breeder and variety information.
• Merchandise & grow equipment are packed with protective materials to reduce the risk of transport damage.

3.2 Split Shipments
If your order contains both seeds and non-seed products (such as apparel or equipment):

• Items may be shipped separately,
• from different locations (our warehouse vs. partner warehouses),
• with different delivery times and tracking numbers.

You will receive tracking details (where available) for each shipment.

4. Payment Methods

We offer secure payment methods processed by trusted third-party providers. Available options may vary depending on your country and order amount, and the exact methods offered are shown at checkout.

Currently, our main payment options are:

• SEPA bank transfer (prepayment directly to our company bank account)
• Credit & debit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard)
• Bitcoin or other supported cryptocurrencies (via a third-party crypto payment processor, where available)

All card/crypto payments are processed directly by external payment service providers. Jonny Seeds’ does not store your full card details or private crypto keys.

5. Bank Transfer Instructions (SEPA)

We encourage our customers to use direct bank transfer, as standard processing fees are kept at a minimum. Customers indirectly support our company by choosing this payment method. Each additional payment method (credit / debit card, crypto payment) offered by the company are of course safe and verified.

If you select bank transfer, please:

1. Complete the transfer using the bank details provided during checkout and in your order confirmation.
2. Use your order number as the payment reference, so we can match your payment to your order.

Your order will be processed once the full amount has been received in our account. If payment is not received within the timeframe indicated in the order confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
